Description
Nexthink is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale distributed backend systems for Nexthink Assist, an AI-native digital employee experience product. The role owns core services and infrastructure, including real-time APIs, cloud-native Java services, AWS deployments, Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, distributed data systems, and high-availability systems. The engineer will lead technical execution, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and serve as the primary technical liaison for product and cross-functional stakeholders. The position is based in Prilly-Malley, Switzerland, with a hybrid work model and permanent-contract compensation.
