OpenFX is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer for its Hedging team to own and operate the Risk Management Engine and smart hedging services. The role covers inventory and exposure tracking, hedge decisioning, venue routing, WAC, PnL, and net revenue calculation, with end-to-end ownership from design through delivery, operational health, integration with external venues, observability, incident response, and mentorship. Candidates need 4–6 years of production backend experience, a trading background, strong distributed-systems and API design skills, and comfort with money, numbers, and ambiguous problems.
