The role requires deep expertise in Node.js, GraphQL, Golang, MongoDB, Kafka, and Redis, along with strong knowledge of concurrency, data structures, network protocols, profiling, load testing, and monitoring. It is fully remote, requires seven-day availability for on-call support, and pays in USDC/USDT.
