Polymarket is hiring Senior Backend Engineers to own the core systems of its perpetual futures exchange, including order matching, position management, order-state consistency, low-latency performance, observability, and production incident resolution. The role requires experience with order-book-based exchange systems, low-latency systems, matching engines, and strong computer-science fundamentals; Rust is preferred, while Redis, PostgreSQL, gRPC, Protobuf, Kubernetes, and AWS are advantageous.
