The role involves developing and testing Golang services, creating technical documentation, mentoring engineers, collaborating with product and design teams, and improving engineering processes. Candidates need 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience, strong Golang proficiency, system design expertise, and experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
