Description

Trend Micro is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality software solutions. The role involves leveraging AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, collaborating with various teams, delivering features throughout the development lifecycle, creating and executing test cases, troubleshooting complex issues, and automating processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, familiarity with programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, Node.js, or C#, and proficiency in testing frameworks, microservices architecture, REST APIs, relational or NoSQL databases, and version control systems.

Experience in monitoring, alerting, and log visualization tools (e.g. Elasticsearch and Kibana)
Experience in test management platforms (e.g.TestRail)
Able to visualize design and test logic to improve test coverage and catch edge cases.
