Description
Toast is hiring a Technical Operations Lead to own the architecture and direction of services, internal tools, and data systems; build backend services and integrations for engineering, tooling, and cost signals; develop role-based reporting and analytics; and maintain quality, reliability, and operational monitoring. The role also involves mentoring engineers and requires 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, agentic engineering, backend and API skills, SQL and data modeling, and modern web front-end prototyping. It is a hybrid position based in the Dublin office two days per week.
