SOFICO is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer in Ghent to build reliable distributed workflows for its enterprise mobility software and AI cloud platform. The role focuses on coordinating long-running business processes, handling failures and retries, integrating Java/Quarkus services and AI components, and establishing testing, monitoring, and observability.
