Vinted is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer, Help Experience to design, build, improve, and monitor backend systems supporting support agents. The role focuses on the internal ticketing platform, scalable message and ticket systems, workflow automation, and AI-powered routing and resolution solutions. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration, code reviews, and work with technologies including Ruby on Rails, Vitess, Redis, Kafka, Vespa, Grafana, Datadog, Kibana, and OpenTelemetry.
