AgileEngine is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, REST APIs, and Salesforce API integrations for a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives. The role involves developing lead routing systems, integrating Salesforce EVO and Omnichannel, supporting AI SDR automation, and contributing to the data platform using Java or Python in an agile sprint environment. It requires 4+ years of backend engineering experience, REST API and webhook development, Salesforce or API integration experience, CRM automation and lead routing experience, familiarity with JIRA, and upper-intermediate English. The position is 100% remote with flexible hours.
