Super Dispatch is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and operate backend services for its vehicle transportation platform serving carriers and shippers in the United States. The role owns architecture, REST APIs, databases, asynchronous and event-driven systems, partner integrations, observability, production incidents, QA strategy, and post-launch support, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product, design, and frontend teams. The position requires 7+ years of professional backend experience, strong Python and Django or FastAPI skills, SQL and message-broker expertise, cloud experience, and advanced English communication. It is remote-first and especially interested in candidates located in Eastern European or Central Asian regions.
