Capco is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer (Java) for a permanent hybrid role in London. The position focuses on designing and building cloud-native, microservices-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS; developing CI/CD pipelines and automated tests; contributing to architecture decisions; and applying responsible AI and automation practices. The role requires enterprise-grade Java and Spring Boot experience, cloud and microservices knowledge, database and messaging expertise, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and secure application design.
