Routescanner is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to own and evolve the distributed microservices backend powering its intermodal routing platform. The role involves designing and maintaining Java or Kotlin services on AWS, working with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, S3, RabbitMQ, SNS, and other integrations, and participating in architecture decisions. Candidates need at least five years of backend development experience, strong distributed-systems knowledge, AWS production experience, database and container expertise, CI/CD familiarity, and fluency in Polish and English.
