Duve is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer for its Platform team to design and build scalable Node.js microservices and infrastructure for a high-scale, high-throughput cloud-based SaaS system. The role involves integrating with third-party APIs, handling millions of events, optimizing MongoDB and Redis, troubleshooting and refactoring code, and mentoring developers. Candidates need at least 6.5 years of professional software engineering experience, strong Node.js backend development expertise, production MongoDB and Redis experience, distributed systems knowledge, and a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent education.
