Deloitte is recruiting a Senior Backend / Full-Stack Engineer with AI and Forward Deployed Engineering capabilities for a hybrid role across several Polish cities. The position focuses on designing and delivering scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, data-processing solutions, and AI-enabled applications; prototyping and deploying solutions; working directly with clients and business stakeholders; and using AI-assisted development tools throughout the software-development lifecycle. The role requires approximately five or more years of professional software development experience, strong backend and distributed-systems expertise, cloud and database knowledge, and experience with AI coding and LLM-based application patterns.
