Behaviour Interactive is hiring a Senior Backend Programmer for its internal R&D team to design, build, and maintain advanced backend services and operational systems. The role focuses on defining technical specifications, improving application stability and code quality, strengthening CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with developers on scalable production-grade services, and analyzing functional tests. Candidates need at least five years of Python backend development experience, strong AWS expertise, knowledge of REST APIs and WebSockets, Linux and server optimization experience, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code experience, and familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
