Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia is hiring a Senior Backend Developer/Engineer to lead the design, development, scaling, and stabilization of backend services for the Charisma solution. The role focuses on Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, data modeling, integrations, performance and load testing, observability, and CI/CD, while also mentoring engineers and collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams. The position offers remote work within Slovakia and a base salary of at least 3,100 euros gross per month.
