ACV Auctions is hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer in Chennai, India to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure software solutions for its automotive marketplace. The role includes technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, and design guidance; architecture and optimization of APIs, databases, asynchronous workflows, and microservices; and collaboration with product, design, QA, and other stakeholders. Candidates need a computer science degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of programming experience, and expertise in backend technologies such as .NET Core, C#, Vue.js, RESTful APIs, relational databases, and distributed systems.
