Description
Boku is hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer to design and build new payment infrastructure for its Innovation department. The role focuses on Java and Spring Boot services, RESTful/gRPC/MCP and event-driven APIs, payout, card processing, FX, reconciliation, settlement, PCI DSS compliance, observability, CI/CD, and containerized deployment. It also includes React frontend contributions and desirable FX and treasury integration work. The engineer will work in a small, high-autonomy team with a defined delivery horizon and report to the Head of Product and Engineering.
