Doxel is hiring a Backend Engineer to build and ship backend services, data pipelines, mobile and web experiences, and AI-powered features for its construction project management, commissioning, and field-enablement tools. The role handles enterprise-scale video, image, form, and IoT data; supports real-time field collaboration; and requires technical leadership across 0-1 projects and engineering mentoring. Candidates need 8+ years of backend experience in SOA or EDA environments, expertise with serverless and infrastructure-as-code technologies, data processing and streaming, databases, cloud environments, and containerized infrastructure.
