GoDaddy is hiring a remote Senior Backend Software Engineer in Colombia to help found a new Sales Intelligence team. The role involves building lead scoring, routing, and assignment systems; developing Salesforce solutions and backend services in Java and TypeScript; integrating AI/ML capabilities; and owning the software lifecycle while establishing engineering practices and mentoring future hires. Candidates should have at least five years of experience building scalable backend systems, strong Java or TypeScript knowledge, SQL and data pipeline experience, and Salesforce development experience or willingness to learn the platform.
