Description
Pennylane is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead significant technical deliveries within a squad, build reliable and scalable accounting and financial software, resolve complex production issues, improve engineering practices, and mentor other engineers. The role requires strong hands-on Ruby on Rails experience of at least 7–8 years, product and business understanding, and strong communication skills. It is remote from a European country within two hours of CET, with a French contract and additional benefits for employees based in France.
