Western Alliance Bank is hiring a Senior Banking Operations Manager to lead the Banking Operations Support team and oversee informational tax reporting, federal withholding and remittance, FATCA and non-resident alien operations, B Notices, tax-form corrections, inactive and dormant accounts, and enterprise unclaimed property. The role manages operational controls, vendor relationships, audit and examination support, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination while maintaining regulatory compliance and service-level performance. It requires at least seven years of related banking operations experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and proven leadership in a matrixed organization.
