Alight is hiring a Senior Batch Specialist to configure, test, and maintain its proprietary Total Benefit Administration system for client benefit administration projects. The role covers production support, quality management and testing, batch processing, system analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, client and internal communication, and mentoring new hires. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or an equivalent analytical discipline, intermediate SQL, SAS programming, batch processing, and system analysis and testing skills, with prior Alight, Aon, or Wipro experience preferred.
