Autism Care Partners is hiring a Senior BCBA to provide clinical and operational oversight in a center serving children and families. The role includes writing and renewing treatment plans, conducting VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R assessments, developing FBAs and behavior support plans, supervising direct staff and RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity, overseeing data collection, providing parent training, and supporting the Clinical Director. The position requires a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA and LBA/LABA licensure where required, and the ability to supervise staff.
