MeBe is hiring a Senior BCBA to coach and mentor up-and-coming BCBAs at a MeBe Learning Center. The role involves conducting initial assessments and functional behavior assessments, maintaining a two-tiered client caseload, meeting a weekly billable requirement, providing 10% supervision, observing cases, supporting clinical metrics, delivering parent training, managing clinic crises, and participating in leadership development. The position requires a BACB-certified behavior analyst in good standing, at least three years of post-certification clinical supervision experience, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to pass a background criminal investigation. It is a hybrid role with three onsite days and two work-from-home days, with a stated annual salary of $92,000 to $110,000.
