The Senior Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time role based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a hybrid work environment combining in-person and telehealth supervision. The position leads and supports behavior technicians, develops behavior programs, conducts functional behavior assessments, evaluates client needs, provides parent education, and collaborates with stakeholders.
