Mama Money is hiring a Senior BI / Data Analyst to partner with business teams on customer behaviour, churn, retention, fraud, commercial performance, and other analytics questions. The role focuses on building scalable dimensional data models and semantic layers, maintaining Tableau dashboards, defining consistent KPIs and metrics, creating cohort and funnel datasets, supporting A/B testing, improving data quality, and championing data governance. Candidates need at least five years of BI, analytics, or data analyst experience in fintech, SaaS, or a high-volume consumer environment, strong SQL, data modelling, dashboarding, dbt, and stakeholder skills.
