Citi is hiring a full-time Application Development Technology Lead to lead and contribute to development on Vanguard, its TTS Big Data platform. The role manages multiple projects, coordinates with data engineers, product managers, and technology stakeholders, and oversees product quality, risk, deployment, and delivery. It requires at least 4–5 years of hands-on experience, strong data engineering and architecture expertise, DevOps experience, and extensive ETL and SQL experience; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. The position offers a full-cycle development role with a disclosed salary range of $120,800 to $170,800.
