Hightower is hiring a Senior Billing Analyst to support the accurate onboarding and termination of advisory accounts, including fee and refund calculations, billing test runs, reporting, integration activities, audit documentation, and internal-control monitoring. The role reports to the Manager, collaborates with two analysts and advisor teams, and requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of billing analyst or similar experience, and proficiency with billing operations and accounting systems. The position is based in the Chicago office, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays, and offers a base salary of up to $90,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
