The Senior Billing Analyst will oversee billing processes, invoice generation, account reconciliation, billing data review, customer receipts, disputes, escalations, and revenue intake. The role also involves resolving complex billing issues, monitoring accounts receivable, auditing billing operations, improving processes, creating analytical reports, and assisting in the training of other billing analysts. The position requires a professional degree in a relevant field, 2–3 years of professional experience, advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and English at B2–C1 level.
