Description
Swap is hiring a Senior Billing Associate contractor for a 12-month fixed-term contract to own recurring global billing, complex billing calculations and customer investigations, reconciliations, revenue leakage and data-integrity issues, and process improvements. The role also supports ERP transitions, billing-engine and data-pipeline implementations, and the adoption of automation and AI-driven workflows. Candidates should have 4–6+ years of experience in billing, revenue, accounts receivable, or finance operations, along with experience with complex revenue models, ERP or billing-system implementations, advanced Excel, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
