Honeycomb is hiring a Senior Billing Specialist to manage direct-bill premium payments, cash application, multi-system reconciliation, payment exceptions, refunds, accounts receivable follow-up, billing discrepancies, and related reporting. The role requires at least three years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or cash application, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to make independent decisions. It is based in New York City or Chicago with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus, health benefits, retirement matching, paid time off, and national holidays.
