The Senior BOH Trainer at Rockwell North and Rockwell South restaurants plays a crucial role in upholding the "Winning Hearts Every Day" strategy. The trainer encourages and provides constructive feedback to team members, assists the training team with meetings, and helps the leadership team complete various evaluations like Safe Daily, eRQA, and Self Select.
