Description
Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior BOM Sourcing Engineer for Intelligence Systems to own the end-to-end supply chain for its Intelligence and Space business line. The role covers BOM sourcing and pricing, supplier selection and onboarding, cost engineering, value-stream optimization, component qualification, risk assessment, alternate sourcing, and on-time delivery across new-product-introduction and mass production. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field, at least 8 years of relevant sourcing, supplier-engagement, or electronics/mechanical-device design experience, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance. The position is based temporarily in Santa Ana, California for three months of training, then transitions to Ashville, Ohio, with 10%–40% travel. The disclosed U.S. base salary range is $126,000–$167,000.
