PCI is hiring a Senior Branch Controller to support PCI Houston 115 operations in Pasadena, Texas. The role leads branch financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, financial controls, reporting, cash flow, and project cost tracking. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, construction management, or a related discipline, 5–10 years of financial management experience with controllership or FP&A focus, and the ability to visit project sites in Houston and Pasadena. The salary range is $104,400–$140,000 annually plus a non-guaranteed annualized bonus program, with medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
