The role covers conceptual, feasibility, preliminary, and detailed design phases; coordinating and leading small design teams; value engineering; quality control; project milestone and budget management; and mentoring junior staff. The position requires a master's degree in Civil Engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, familiarity with international bridge and structures standards, engineering software proficiency, complex-issue-solving ability, and fluency in English.
