Description
Wilson & Company is hiring a full-time Senior Bridge (Structures) Engineer for its Denver office. The role leads structural design and detailing of railroad and highway structures, including reinforced and prestressed concrete, steel, earth retaining systems, and drainage; performs complex analysis and design calculations; reviews drawings and specifications; mentors entry-level staff; and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and clients. The position requires a civil engineering degree, at least 10 years of structural engineering design experience, Colorado licensure or the ability to obtain it within six months, and familiarity with relevant transportation-design standards and engineering software. The annual salary range is 120,000 to 160,000+, depending on experience, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
