Description
The Senior Budget Analyst will support compensation management, personnel budgeting, organizational structure, hiring and promotion decisions, salary adjustments, restructurings, and headcount and personnel-cost forecasting. The role includes developing strategic indicators, dashboards, executive presentations, financial studies, and consultative support for business partners, Finance, and leadership, while improving controls, automation, standardization, and department governance through spreadsheet and internal-system work.
