Hermeus is hiring a Build Reliability Engineer to support aircraft hardware from design through manufacturing and flight operation. The role partners with design and manufacturing teams on quality plans, inspection methods, first-article requirements, and reliability improvements; investigates failures; manages nonconformance and material review board processes; supports quality management systems; and develops lean test and inspection processes. The position requires a relevant engineering degree, at least three years of manufacturing, quality, or design engineering experience, FAA SAC-EC inspection experience, CAD and GD&T knowledge, and on-site work in the El Segundo, California area.
