Description
SOCOTEC is hiring a full-time Commissioning Engineer to review MEP design documents, perform measurement, verification, commissioning, and retro-commissioning, conduct functional and pre-functional testing, inspect HVAC and other energy systems, collect energy-use data, and prepare commissioning and operations documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, at least two years of building-industry commissioning experience, familiarity with specified software and measurement tools, peer-review and troubleshooting experience, and LEED AP certification or eligibility. Telecommuting is available with three days per week in the office and residence in the Fort Lauderdale region.
