Description
EXP is hiring an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of building electrical projects, including normal and emergency distribution systems, lighting, fire alarm systems, and specialized studies such as arc-flash, grounding, protection coordination, and short-circuit analysis. The role serves as a technical authority and strategic partner to clients, supports construction monitoring and compliance, mentors junior team members, and may be performed in a hybrid arrangement from Montreal or Longueuil. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least 10 years of building electrical engineering experience, OIQ membership, Revit and electrical modeling software proficiency, and strong French and English skills.
