CIMA+ is hiring a Building Mechanical Technologist to support the design and delivery of mechanical building systems for federal, municipal, public-sector, and institutional projects across Ontario. The role involves preparing mechanical drawings and BIM models, developing Revit and AutoCAD documentation, assisting with system layouts and equipment selection, coordinating with other disciplines, reviewing shop drawings and RFIs, and supporting construction administration, site visits, inspections, and commissioning. The position can be based in Bowmanville, Mississauga, or Kitchener and requires a hybrid schedule of two office days per week.
