Description
The role is responsible for planning, designing, permitting, executing, and managing complex building-services projects, with a focus on sprinkler systems and fire extinguishing technology. It includes preparation of bills of quantities, support for award procedures and bid evaluation, on-site execution, schedule and quality control, and overall project management through handover. The position requires an engineering degree or comparable qualification, several years of building-services planning experience, technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, plumbing, and relevant legal frameworks, along with MS Office and basic CAD skills.
