GROPYUS is hiring a Senior Building Services Engineer specializing in electrical engineering to support the planning of multi-story residential buildings. The role coordinates electrical engineering across service phases, creates Revit 3D plans, plans electrical trades and cost groups, reviews subcontractor quality, analyzes medium-voltage networks, sizes low-voltage cables, prepares tender documents and bills of quantities, supports construction process management, and advises clients. Candidates need an electrical or communications engineering qualification, at least five years of electrical planning experience, knowledge of German standards, Revit and Caneco expertise, fluent German and English, and occasional travel to project sites.
