EXP is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to provide technical leadership and consulting expertise for building structures in major projects. The role involves designing, supervising, and approving concrete, steel, wood, and masonry structures; conducting feasibility studies and complex structural analyses; reviewing plans and calculations; leading site inspections; and supporting multidisciplinary teams. The position is based in Montréal or Longueuil and requires a civil or building engineering degree, active membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, at least 15 years of relevant consulting experience, knowledge of Canadian standards and the Québec Construction Code, structural analysis software knowledge, and excellent French skills.
