Workman LLP is hiring a senior building surveyor to manage multiple building surveying instructions for institutional fund management clients, landlords, consultants, and tenants. The role covers contract and project work, including TDD, dilapidations, fire safety, pre-acquisition surveys, due diligence, development monitoring, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition, ESG initiatives, and project administration. The surveyor will advise clients, maintain professional relationships, work within timelines, and may perform design, contract administration, or project management functions. The position requires an MRICS chartered surveyor, prefers commercial property consultancy experience, and offers hybrid working with at least three days in the office.
