MTA is hiring a Senior Business Analyst Lead in New York to lead the migration from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management. The role consolidates five WFC instances, manages integrations with PeopleSoft HRMS and other legacy systems, develops test scripts, validates configurations and payroll rules, coordinates with the program manager and system integrator, and leads a team of analysts. The position is remote with occasional onsite work and requires travel to customer locations as needed.
