AMGEN is hiring a Senior Business Analyst, AI Studio to support the pre-delivery business architecture of AI, automation, process intelligence, digital workflow, and productivity initiatives. The role partners with business stakeholders, product, solution, architecture, and delivery teams to lead discovery, define business value, document current- and future-state processes, prepare opportunities for technical review and prioritization, and support business cases and portfolio planning. Candidates need a relevant master’s, bachelor’s, or post-secondary qualification plus 4, 6, or 10 years of relevant experience depending on the education path, along with regulated life sciences experience and strong business analysis, process, stakeholder, and communication skills.
