Description
Duco is hiring a Senior Business Operations Analyst & PMO to build and run the company-wide programme management discipline, own programme and portfolio tracking, governance reporting, risk and dependency registers, and steering-committee materials. The role directly leads high-priority programmes such as Project Atlas, the Agentic Client Journey rollout, procurement and SaaS cost-control initiatives, the PMO platform rollout, and the ESG reporting and carbon programme. It requires hands-on programme and project management, PMO tooling, business analysis, stakeholder influence, analytical and strategic thinking, and at least five years of combined experience in programme/project management and business analysis, including at least four years in a dedicated PMO or programme management capacity.
